White cotton. Made from a Simplicity pattern. Undergarments for a dress I'm making for the Simplicity Halloween Costume Contest. No lace. Lace not period. They are supposed to be open in back. Allowed women in past to go to bathroom.
I promise, they're white. They just look pink because of the horrible lighting in the room I took the picture.

From what I've heard, drawers were supposed to be open-crotched all together, but that might just be here in Europe...
