High Neck Smock

First thing put on when dressing, obviously under corset, as you see. Made for late 16th century, but technique and style used long before and after this time period. Lace on collar and cuffs, so obviously upper class, pearl-ish buttons with hand sewn button loops, blackwork embroidery on cuffs, all hand done (rather primitive, I know, but it was my first attempt), made of 100% linen, 3.5 oz (hanky weight), obviously white. I think that covers it.

Edit: New pictures, of the corset as well, and now there's trim on it instead of embroidery, because that was before I knew how to blackwork, lol. I also am wearing my linen caul and a cute little gold cross. How ironic.
